Tip: Want to eat less? Look at your food!

One of the biggest problems with losing weight is eating smaller portions during meals and still feeling full. To succeed, you need to know when to stop eating and learn a new point of satiation, which will be suitable for your body's needs.

When you look at something else while eating, your satiation point is out of focus. Make sure you eat at only one place in your home (preferably a table). While eating, avoid looking at the TV, electronic devices (no texting!) or books. Give the food the respect it deserves and you will eat less and feel more satisfied.

It is not easy getting accustomed to this new habit, but it is worth it! Concentrating on the food while eating will give you better control over the portions you eat and greater chances of losing weight.
