I believe each child's nutrition choices become an important part of who they are. Yes, eating habits established at a young age can last a lifetime. That is why it is so important to start building them at a young age.

 

As a nutritionist, I will help your child establish a healthy relationship with food. Your consultation will focus on determining the nutritional requirements of the child according to their age and developmental stage. Then, I will help you and your child better understand how to build a nutritional, balanced daily menu.
