Taking personal measurements is a wonderful opportunity to learn about your body and better grasp where you stand.
Frequent measurements will help track changes that occur in your body when you exercise, diet or both. That is why personal measurements are an integral part of your first and follow-up nutrition consultations.
According to your measurements, I will help you understand if you are currently at risk for any health conditions (diabetes, heart disease, etc.) and we will set your personal goals together. Your goals are based upon your age, gender, exercise levels and health risks. Based on those goals, I will build your menu and establish your dietary guidelines.
The measurements include:
Body fat percentages measured by a skinfold caliper in four areas
Waist measured around your belly button
