During our consultation, I will guide you on the following:

  • Advice on preparing for competitions/races

  • Advice on supplements

  • Blood tests results

 

Training program- If you are training with a coach/team and follow a certain program, please bring the program documents to our sessions. Also, if you are preparing for a competition, please bring the schedule.
