I have one overweight kid who needs to watch his food and one kid how is thin. Who to managed their food if they are so different?

Health eating habits are for everyone at every age! Overweight kid and a thin kid need to eat healthy food as part of their daily menu, and to build healthy eating habits regardless to the weight.
The fact that you have a thin kid at the family does not means that he can eat candies and junk food all day long. As a parent, you have the responsibility to offer heathy kind of food at each meal and to set the right time frame for a “treat” (once a day? 2-3 times a week?). The different between the two siblings should be in the amount that they eat, the food portion that you serve them, and not in the king of food that they eat.
